This project is a single-story classic villa designed in Jordan in collaboration with Vanzuella Consultants from Venezuela. The villa incorporates traditional classical elements such as arches, columns, and decorative detailing on the façade, giving it an elegant and timeless character. The floor plan is designed in a U-shape to enhance privacy while framing a central outdoor courtyard. The swimming pool is incorporated within this courtyard and oriented to the south, allowing it to receive sunlight throughout the day, providing optimal natural lighting and warmth for leisure use. The design harmoniously integrates the pool with the villa’s classical style, creating a balanced relationship between functional outdoor spaces and the refined architectural language of the building.
