This project is a two-story commercial warehouse development designed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ground floor includes 12 storage units, organized for efficient loading and circulation, while the mezzanine level provides additional storage space to support the businesses operating within the facility. The second floor is designed as a suite of administrative offices, offering flexible layouts and natural lighting to create a comfortable working environment. The project also features outdoor seating areas and a pedestrian walkway, creating pleasant public spaces that support user comfort and encourage activity around the building.
